I contacted Randall when I was ready to purchase a home. I had worked with Randall in the past when selling my previous home after a divorce in 2008. I call Randall and he connected me with a Mortgage professional to get pre-approved. This was such a easy and seamless process that I was pre-approved within a couple of days. Randall then went to work finding me listings with my list of wants and don't wants. He then picked me up a my house to take me to review the listings he had pulled rather than just telling me to meet him at the houses. This made things very easy on me. We toured 6 homes which all met my needs. I fell in love the with last house and that's when Randall kicked into high gear. He immediately contacted the listing agent and we sat down and put in my offer. It was accepted the next morning again very seamless due to Randall's knowledge and experience. What impressed me most was how Randall was in constant contact with me during the entire process from the initial offer to the inspection to the financing. The week I was closing on the house my mother passed away in Alabama. Randall worked with the mortgage and title company to allow me to sign the closing papers while in Alabama. This made a very difficult time less stressful. I would highly recommend Randall to anyone purchasing or selling their home. I would use him again. On a side note, my daughter and son-in-law also purchased their home from Randall.
